My slab is scheduled to be poured next week and then the framing is scheduled for 2 weeks later. Frame will be steel though but I still think I'll be waiting a bit longer haven't had any indication from the builder either way though.

Wife and I are building our first home that should be starting soon north of Brisbane and we are looking at ~$460k for 290sqm2 through a custom builder ready to move in. No landscaping or fencing though just the driveway. So for 400sqm2 add another $100-150k.
