I probably try to speak with them directly and worth mention again to them that there no cost involve for them in regards to boundary fence (i am pretty sure 99% of neighbor ...

Standard building contracts typically have time limits such as time for builder to obtain building permit from time of signing contract commence construction from time of issue of building permit These clauses will give you leverage ...

Update from today... Asked the demo company for a the EPA's Waste Locate Consignment # and they declined to provide it. I think the fact that they wont provide the Waste Locate Consignment # is quite telling. The EPA themselves clarified that this # would clear up any confusion. did you end up payi...
