Well we decided to go with Sydenham Concreting as all other concreters never bothered to turn up. I can highly recommend them. They were fantastic and our exposed aggregate came up terrific. Hi, Our is still going along well. We just found out that the first walkthrough will be in 2 weeks so not much longer to go. We havent really had any dramas. They started construction at the start of march so hasnt taken them that long at all.

Our sites costs were 6.7k for H class slab with 400mm cut and 400mm fill. Our block is 800sqm. I think H class slab is only included when if you block is under 650sqm and you have a shorter setback... We go into Rivergum tomorrow to pick out the colors and sign the contracts.
