Hi all, I'm trying to get estimates for a simonds bolton plan. Major upgrades are the attain package, raised ceiling option and butlers pantry which adds up to quite a lot. They got a 3k floor option which is essentially the base cat 1 floor tiles/timber laminate and cat 1 carpets... now anyone have...

You can look at my Instagram @oursimondspalisade if you like. We had a few issues post build with paint, walls being out of level by quite a few ml, same with some skirting and our front window seems like it wasn’t sealed properly as it leaks every time it rains. We ended up fixing all issues ourse...
