I have always gone to those exhibitions with lots of enthusiasm for what we are going to see. And have always been bitterly disappointed with the standard and range on show. Lots of pool and spa companies. But other than that just more of the same. So I think we will give this a miss!

Thanks for the advise about stopping the emails. It worked yesterday but for some strange reason today i am starting to get alerts on some of my posts. Not all of them but some of them. I have checked my profile and the no option is still in place. Really weird !!!!!!!

Build_build used the words he's been quite good in spotting defects . at least we can reduce his workload so he can perform better inspections So I do think there was an eliminte of doubt of the quality of his work envolved in that post.

PD didn't offer up this info or chance. But I am sorry to say this doesn't surprise me at all. It just follows on from all the other lame attempts at customer service they have shown us. They wouldn't know good customer service if it jumped up and bit them.
