Waiting to get our plans in to the private certifier who returns to work on the 16th. Hopefully he knocks it over pretty quick and we can get a site start late Jan / Early Feb. Our block was cut on the 28th January and then we were held up because the developer had not completed the final survey works. Finally after a two week delay we were able to get our survey completed and ready for site set out and underslab plumbing. Another week or two later and we had plumbing in the ground on the 24th Feb.
