A power conduit MUST be min 900mm under the surface.I strongly suggest you dig the trench, then put a layer of blue metal rock or red scoria rock 300mm over the conduit. This way when you are digging in the are, you will know you are near power, and how deep you are. Under concrete driveway it can be directly under or in it, we normally scratch it in. 300mm under paving. Orange for 240volts or if its just for extra low voltage garden lighting it can be gray and put at any depth the conduit would need to be undamaged regardless of what network is in play.
