Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 05, 2023 6:45 pm Hi all, Needing recommendations for Melbourne landscapers that do drainage. 10cm gap between mine and my neighbors house. Her concrete path is higher than my slab, so in heavy down pours, water has gotten into my place. My house is the rendered cladding wall. I was thinking of running an agg pipe and cover with rocks, but my neighbors are now selling, and I want to install something more permanent. Who knows if future neighbors will let me do maintenance. Any suggestions with what i can do? My land is about 10 cm lower than hers. Thanks for the help. Photos attached. Where the neighbouring walls is maybe de difficult because the footing will usually project onto your side but there shouldn't be flow from that area anyway. In the end, two pieces of treated timber (20mm thick) were bolted onto the joists and planed when there was too much sticking out. Passed inspection. 13 8321 2 6351 13 7040 |
