Re: Leftover Materials - Supply and Install 6Aug 25, 2023 10:51 pm Ashington Homes Klogg Hello, I am currently building a small reno (owner builder), which required supply and install of concrete roof tiles. The tiler had a pallet of tiles delivered here, with at least 50 leftover (plus some battens). It was a supply and install agreement - no mention of quantities, just the area to be tiled, things included (like sarking, batten types, etc.) So my question is - who is responsible for the remaining roof tiles and battens? I don't need them, but they're refusing to take them, stating it's my responsibility. When we have left overs we put them on facebook market place and you will be surprised how many people are willing to come and take building materials away! Thank you, I did exactly this. I kept some tiles tho Re: Leftover Materials - Supply and Install 7Aug 26, 2023 3:25 pm Klogg Ashington Homes Klogg Hello, I am currently building a small reno (owner builder), which required supply and install of concrete roof tiles.
