Re: Our Monaco 36 - Updated photos 15/3 6Mar 03, 2009 8:04 pm ![]() Hi Hels_n_Greg, those photos were taken a few weeks ago, so its almost complete, tiling has been finished, noticed most of the electrical fit out has been done over the last couple of days. I am expecting the walk through date any day now. That's great, it sounds like things have gone smoothly which is a rarity around here lol. Soon you can start on the fun stuff like the internal furnishings and gardens. ~ Hels ~ Blog: http://bluemistkids.blogspot.com "Never be afraid to try something new. Yes it has gone fairly smoothly, of course there was a couple of issues along the way, but nothing too big, what a difference it makes to have a good SS. Site cut was done last day of October, so looks like it will be about 6 months from start to finish. Your house looks great! I love the colour selections you came up with ![]() A few questions: - Which bricks are they? I love them! Exactly what I am looking for... brown but not too dark. - What colour is the roof tiles? they look great also! - Also is the paint colour in the rumpus room? Also looking for a darker colour something along those lines for our HT room. Lastly, I think those pics may have almost convinced me to change our plans and put in the extra door to the pantry... Would love to see some more pics! ![]() Building Monaco32 with Carlisle Homes in Alamanda Estate 20/08/2010 - HANDOVER 24/8!! The bricks are Hawthorn by Austral, and the roof tiles are Barramundi, the colour of the home theatre room I will have to check as the colour changed from the original colour doc and I cant find what the name is, will get back to you. If you want to see the colour, it is in one of the home theatre rooms at the Carlisle displays at Tarneit. Salt&Pepper, I actually had the Home Theare room built, as it is something I have always wanted in a house, it is the room in the pictures with the 2 high slim line windows, had the standard window at the back changed to those 2 slim lines.
