Great plants shazaw I know nothing about gardening although I appreciate beautiful gardens. I think we will be paying a landscaper for ours, we paid Burbank around $190 for a landscaping design to submit to council. We had no idea what was on it and I have been trying to find it recently to see what was on it! Our Acacia build - http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=86619 We had some fence quotes done, and that is basically what they said the rule was - whoever makes the impact such as cut or fill. Our neighbour have all agreed to this method, the lower side who has cut down will pay for the retaining. $190. Wow we got ripped. Over $1k just to show basic landscape with driveway and footpaths Re: Landscape design - KDR (sekisui house ) Burbank - ST Geo 69Oct 01, 2017 5:29 pm Oh wow really $1k?? 1. Buy cordylines in bunches from flower market. I paid $5 a bunch from Flemington flower market. You will get 5 individual cordyline in a bunch. Eventually these will be 5 plants. 2. Wash and cut off 1cm from the base of the stem 3. Place in a vase just one third of water, roots emerges from the stem in about 3 - 4 weeks Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Remove Yellow leaves Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Cut leaves as below. ready for planting Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Build Thread : viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 Landscaping Thread : http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=86133 Re: Landscape design - KDR (sekisui house ) Burbank - ST Geo 77Jan 03, 2018 4:19 pm These were planted in Autumn last year.
