Should we be told who our site supervisor is by now? What area are you building in? We got our commencement letter which was around the 19th dec but looks likethey might start early as long as they can get the whole slab down and poured before the 22nd so it can cure over the shut down when they close down. Looks promising had rough fill delivered today for access and they should be starting the cut / Fill tomorrow. Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13996Dec 05, 2016 7:30 pm Painting started today. Heres hoping for a miracle with no more hiccups. But still want a good job done of course. 20/11/15 - Settled land 06/11/15 - Request 1st tender BH 21/04/16 - Colour Selections and Contracts Signed 31/05/16 - Commencement Letter 24/06.16 - Started work onsite - cut and benching begun Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13997Dec 05, 2016 7:33 pm Great to hear Moscato5! Can I ask, what downlights are everyone using? Is it from your electrical fitout, or after? Any particular type better or worse? Lastly, is there a limit as to colour of moroka? We are having monument roof, silver bricks & would like something a bit different for the moroka colour. Mainly to break up the neutrality of the rest of the house. Maybe something warm? Not sure Any ideas? Cheers Mark Re: Who is building with Beechwood 13999Dec 05, 2016 10:26 pm jonesyGT Well, still going through tender etc. Hopefully going to council before they close down, think the council works a bit longer, but not holding breath. We are building a Lexia Slim with Vista 1 with Maroka facade. buildingourhumblehome.blogspot.com.au Re: Who is building with Beechwood 14000Dec 05, 2016 10:27 pm tapasr_Lexia4 jonesyGT Well, still going through tender etc. Hopefully going to council before they close down, think the council works a bit longer, but not holding breath. Sorry it's blackbutt bricks (silly auto correct) buildingourhumblehome.blogspot.com.au Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed. Looks like… 0 11909 Elvis has left the building... The site supervisor quit after 2 month on the project. I guess he was just instructed to bark at people, but didn't like when he was… 26 21772 |
