I got the lady designer that was looking after us to pick pretty much the whole colour setup. Figures crossed it'll all look nice, I'm sure she knows what shes doing... hopefully lol. KDR Metricon Liberty - Hampshire 45 QLD 58Aug 30, 2016 5:04 pm We worked with our Studio M consultant on the internals and she gave us some good design advice - I think those people are pretty good with finding generally appealing colour palettes I guess you will have more details once you get the colour schedule and variations document The items we found most tricky were in relation to things we could see e.g air con, insulation (sound and thermal), quality of paint... There's so many options and it's hard to weigh cost against a benefit you can't quite visualise.. What a long and tiring day! Our external colours look quite similar to yours! We've also chosen that roof elabana in barramundi colour, and monument window frames. Our bricks are a dark brown. Awesome choice on the tapware! We wanted to go with that too, but thought they look expensive so we've gone with the cheaper range. The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 20109 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
