It looks amazing. I chose redink as our choice of builder as well. I'm signing off PCQ soon. I have an old house , knock it down and rebuild it. I already chose a demolition company. Redink will do site cost includes earthwork. They estimated earthwork on PCQ about 9k and site cost about 23k in total. Some friends recommended me to do earthworks with another company to save money instead of Redink. Please give me some advise. Re: Our First Home with RedInk Homes 73Aug 26, 2016 1:35 pm We are now at the lockup stage! Windows, doors, ceilings and cornices have all been installed. They have started to put in cabinetry too with the linen cupboards, WIR and walk in pantry done. Getting siteworks done by another company will probably slow things down. We hadnt built before and didnt want to mess around finding other people to do it Re: Our First Home with RedInk Homes 78Aug 28, 2016 12:30 am ![]() How has your build been so far Nyan? We are just about to move into construction!! It has been good. A few hiccups along the way which we have had to question and get them to fix, but generally pretty good ![]() Re: Our First Home with RedInk Homes 79Aug 31, 2016 6:49 pm So now that house is locked down, we have had to take photos through the windows. The cabinets have been put in and it looks like the tiling will be started soon. Frustratingly, i have only now just realised that the windows in the main bathroom and toilet are not central to the walls they are in, which is the same on the plans.
