How long do you think I should allow before I get to handover? 9 mo the from that demo date? I am trying to work out to rent 6 months with a possible month to month or just go 12 months? I have a better chance to secure a rental at 12 months I would say... We knocked down our old house early June and moved into the new in mid-late May.
