How exciting for you, a bit of extra planning required now...but sounds like you have it all sussed!! congratulations!! Re: Acerage 1st time Building S Highlands *owner build/kit?* 193Feb 18, 2015 8:50 pm Cat-Dunc thanks due early August! We haven't submitted it yet - but the plans are of the little loft house waiting on more quotes from builders and even considering a transportable again - trying to do whatever we can to reduce the stress - it is difficult living over an hour away, and trying to manage 2 properties - grass is mental so just seem to mow and slash everyday Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Re: Acerage 1st time Building S Highlands *owner build/kit?* 194Feb 18, 2015 8:50 pm AKB Congratulations Bb7 that is wonderful news Thanks so much AKB Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Re: Acerage 1st time Building S Highlands *owner build/kit?* 195Feb 18, 2015 8:54 pm Treeseachanger First Baby!! Re: Acerage 1st time Building S Highlands *owner build/kit?* 199Mar 14, 2015 2:53 pm Still on the family property! About to advertise our caravan actually We've actually been to look at transportables today which we liked which might even be ready when bub is born We had builders quote on our plans we had but they are much more than we'd budgeted on doing the build ourselves (we expected that but it's a lot more)! The baby has really changed things, not sure we'd cope in a southern highlands winter in a small caravan with a baby and the dogs, cats etc Waiting on quotes on the transportables and we will go from there! Still fencing atm still so much to do Build thread http://tinyurl.com/llgc7yk Re: Acerage 1st time Building S Highlands *owner build/kit?* 200Mar 14, 2015 3:03 pm Yep, it'd be tough. Being in a caravan with a new bub would get on anyone's nerves!
