We are considering building with Dale Alcock in Perth and wondering what the general consensus is on floor tiling. Is it better to go with them and or source the tiles ourselves and have a tiler fit them after handover.
They are offering 450 x 450 non-rectified but we prefer to have 600 x 600 rectified - this is coming in at a whopping $4,000 extra. I know other builders offered it to us for $600-900 extra so I'm not sure why they have such a huge increase...
Any advice would be appreciated.
