I didn't know where would be best to place this. But given the purpose, I thought I'd try posting here.
I'm deciding between having a dedicated HT versus a living room that's been built to get close to an HT use.
I don't think the HT will get used as much as the living room. With that said, the living room will be used by most of the family.
Has anyone here in building /renovating their home, purpose built that LR such that it got them close to the HT experience? e.g sound isolation, acoustic treatment. I'm aware that this won't be the perfect audiophile experience but I'm just looking at options for inspirations etc.
