Driveway and Path - Does it include porch area.

Hi Guys,

I need some advice on what areas are covered in driveway and path on a new construction plan.

Currently building with Simonds in VIC and my plan states concrete for driveway and paths. I was of the understanding that Path includes the Porch area ( highlighted below) to my residence.

Keen to know if this is not the case as I now have a 220mm stepdown to my entrance.

Unless someone else building with Simonds answers you, I think you're going to have to wait 'til they get back to you … because the way that diagram looks, it seems like they're talking about the horizontally-patterned area which the arrow points-to & which to me doesn't look to include that porch area.
But I don't know that; just going off the diagram.

I have asked my CRC & site supervisor to review further. When I look at similar properties built by simonds on my street the driveway is all the way upto the main entrance covering porch area.
