I am trying to convert bathroom taps to 1/4 turn taps for my dad's mobility issues and I found the bathroom sink has a deep recess that requires an extender, even the original spindle has an extender. The thing is when I looked up about extenders for ceramic spindles, all the information is about in wall taps so I'm wondering the extenders that they sell for ceramic spindles will they fit and work in a basin sink or do I need get some special spindle extension?
Sorry if my post seems inarticulate😳, I don't really know all the lingo so I can only try my best to explain my issue😀.
