Our contract specification mentions double bowl sink and the builder has only installed a single bowl sink. The architectural drawings show single only but I would think it is what is in the specification that matters? I assume the architectural drawings of the sink is only for illustration purposes. Those type of inconsistencies should have been picked up before you signed the contract.
