Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Springfield Rise - Which house? Single or Double Storey? 8Sep 20, 2017 1:06 pm Valeco do full custom design, change as much as you like or get a whole pile of designs from other builders and create a draft of what you want from each of the other designs and get them to quote it! The cost of changes was minimal as it all works out based on m2 and the inclusions you choose Re: Springfield Rise - Which house? Single or Double Storey? 9Sep 20, 2017 7:01 pm We have land in Springfield Rise (Creekwood stage 4), 580sqm. Just locked in with Valeco the other day and have gone with a Headlands 23 with minor changes (single storey). If the materials are roughly the same and size of the house stays the same there shouldn't be a huge price jump. As bananarama said, Valeco are amazing with letting you change plans or completely customise your own. I struggled to find this with any other builder (in a similar price range). My partner and I had our heart initially set on a plantation but they weren't flexible at all with plan changes and their inclusions didn't match up to Valecos.
