Hi
I have a rain water tank installed as part of charged system to flush toilets and I also will use to water garden.
I have 90mm round downpipes installed by builder.
I have read the VBA fact sheet
http://www.vba.vic.gov.au/__data/assets ... -Tanks.pdf
Should the downpipes be 100mm to be DWV quality?
My inspector is saying yes, plumber not associated with my builder is saying no.
VBA saying yes in theory but ok if I can get details of pressure the below ground join between 90 and 100mm can withstand.
I can see most houses in the area have 90mm to suit the gutters.
Any more information would be helpful.
