Material costs are dropping.. huge discounts 5. technology, design & Information certainly favours the OBs LOL...Go For it! Finding an honest, reliable and sensibly priced tradie in Perth is a nightmare. Always has been. It's no different anywhere else in Australia. I have friends in France and they have the same problem.
