Hi fec88 We had out tiles laid last week and paint and garage door, benchtops this week, next week we have electrical and plumbing fit out. Hope that helps. Thanks for that Hudson House!! It does help! When does your SS think handover will be? We have been told it's still too early to tell... hoping by 2nd/3rd week of December, just before Xmas (fingers crossed) - I will ask again at my site meeting tomorrow. Hey Hudson, I think we have the same SS, does he arrange site meetings or do you ask for them? Thanks -Caydenn Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ - Week 3 153Nov 16, 2017 10:47 am Hi Caydenn, We organise ours, but he did suggest it and keeps us updated with weekly emails and calls. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ - Week 7 155Jan 20, 2018 9:35 pm how is it all going? have you got given a date for your hand over yet? Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ - Week 7 158Jan 21, 2018 9:38 am it looks so stylish! LOOOVE the concrete counters, we were looking to get one of those colours but have decided to stick with the standard 'urban' we are hoping it will sort of have the same impact you pendants really nice in nicely with the stove and tap. Did you have any major problems with the walk through? I was starting to rethink our pot drawers, we went with just two on top of each as our sales person said the small drawer is "useless". now i've seen yours, i think it would probably be better than two massively deep drawers :/ again, your house looks stunning, i'm so in love Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ - Week 7 159Jan 26, 2018 5:28 am CC7 it looks so stylish! I think that will give pretty much the same effect with the urban as we were originally going to do that too but my husband really loved the sleek concrete. I was super concerned about the pot the draws when we decided to go with 3x but it actually is great the top on as I’m able to put plates and platters in them. Looking forward to seeing your home come together!! Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 MK11 in SEQ - Week 7 160Jan 29, 2018 10:16 pm fec88 CC7 it looks so stylish! Looking forward to seeing your home come together!! that's so great to hear! fingers crossed we have the same experience I think we are leaning toward the oyster benchtops again hahaha, we selected them in our colours as it's easier to remove them once the pricing comes back the thing is with this forum is you see everyone's choices and start to second guess your own! you went with belga grey in your bathrooms didn't you? Did you happen to have a photo of them? Our sales person said standard grout would work best as its a main floor, but not i'm wondering if it would look better with a lighter grout. It's making me second guess our choice because i'm not sure how it will look so many decisions you didn't think you would have to make when building a house. like which colour grout for a floor haha Hi Everyone I learned something this week that I thought would be worth sharing. In NSW a lot of developers of subdivisions put covenants on the land which normally… 0 6578 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13775 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
