I feel like it was submitted about 5 weeks ago, I have to admit that Coral seems to keep things moving very well behind the scenes... Getting so excited now I want our house !! Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Admin Troubles 197Sep 29, 2017 10:02 pm So they have given us our new plans... Everything looked great until I realised they have sneakily lowered our retaining wall by 400mm without giving us a single credit or explination... I just paid $4500 for a 8m2 extension and fill and they think they can remove 8m2 and not give back a dollar.... not a chance. Chased this up with my CSO who is going to investigate, new retaining wall height won't even be suitable Back to the drawing board... It's frustrating hey, I hope they are quick with fixing the pricing and the retaining height. Figure this one out, out site cut was $4,500 as we have 2.7m of fall, I asked for a shed pad of 6x9 and a pool pad of 10x5 be added into our earth works costs and it came back at $15,600 uhm no thanks. Some times they just don't think things through very well 🤦🏼♀️ Re: Coral Homes Noosa 23 - Ormeau Hills - Admin Troubles 199Sep 29, 2017 11:16 pm Tribe7 Caydenn So they have given us our new plans... At least they seem keen on getting it fixed now that we have building approval it seems they are acting very quickly on everything to get us building ASAP. You should pressure clean your roof first and make sure the paint you buy also is anti mould. 4 18581 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4357 |
