Every time I look at your view I wonder why it reminds me of a build. It dawned on me I followed a incredible build in WA (a few years back, clearly I have been on here too long ) here is the link if you would like to see another canal home build Two story with Webb & Brown-Neaves on Mandurah Canals, WA https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: Modified Bahama 50 93Jul 02, 2017 5:49 pm Tribe7 Congrats on that slab and frames up Greene stunning view too. Holy damn the house is stunning, one of the ladies that posted a lot on the thread is Belzey she is in WA and her place is amazing too. Custom small lot - Brisbane. You said you have gone elegant so I'm really interest to see what you have chosen Re: Modified Bahama 50 95Jul 02, 2017 8:08 pm Thanks Tribe. You've got some great advice! I wish I wrote all my colour choices down neatly where I can find them! I've been searching for the paper from the colour appt. Overall we've chosen a white/grey colour scheme. All internal walls are Snowy Mountain Half white (2.7m ceilings both levels) with cove cornice. Our windows are silver and the external render is a combination of shale grey, white on white & basalt (garage door). Our front door is rich chocolate timber with two large pull handles. Our kitchen is polar white silk finish overhead cabinets with battalion lower cabinets and island. The benchtop is upgraded oyster with waterfall edges and the island was oversized to be 3m x 1.2m wide & I changed the island sink to be one large sink with upgraded pull mixer. The kitchen splash back is mostly all window overlooking the garden but where there is tile it is white gloss hexagon tiles (white matte in laundry & black gloss in master ensuite shower niche). I had a super tough time with bathroom choices! I couldn't decide on making them all (4) different or similar (but is that boring?). I end up making the ensuite off our bedroom the nicest & the bathroom downstairs second best with the 2 upstairs pretty similar. All 4 bathrooms have a similar colour scheme (grey/white) and variations of floor/wall tiles so consistent but all different combinations. There's two feature pendants over the ensuite vanity in our bathroom & a feature pendent in downstairs bathroom over vanity. We also upgraded the shower heads in our shower (double shower). the bathroom benches are all Osprey except our ensuite is Oyster upgraded. Anything I've forgotten? Shower heads x 2 in master ensuite Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ White feature tiles but with discrete grout Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Bathroom tiles Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Modified Bahama 50 97Jul 04, 2017 9:50 pm Can't wait for this baby to come together!
