so the only shelves we could confirm missing were the pantry ones..which were not on that list.
rest of windows either obscured or still have protective film on them.

JG King Lexington 240 Acreage build https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87762 Re: JG King Lexington 240 - fix out....maybe 103Aug 02, 2017 3:25 pm Fix out inspection confirmed for Friday. was Passing by last night on way home from Inlaws so did a walk around. the under eves are finally finished Cladding under alfresco nearly done, looks like one piece to do external door for garage is in skirting in garage done power points cut out in garage (assuming done though rest of house prior to paint as well will see friday) and there has been painting done, some over spray on the window protecting means something is done inside! so grooving along nicely going to be weird seeing it with most of the inside colors done, only thing left is the tile to see how it all works. on a side note started getting plants ready. got 50odd shrubs planted in the mother inlaws green house grafted Lemon tree, Tahitian lime, moorpark apricot, imperial Mandarin acquired my Cati collection is being re done since lost most when parents sold last house. (were in ground so too hard to bring) that said the house has since been abandoned so might try and swing past when they on the land to see if I can buy any back. Also planted some Eucalyptus deglupta seeds really hoping some take hold as they will make some awesome feature trees and with my MIL being Fillo has some heritage as well. Tiles are onsite. Covered over tho Supervisor has proposed a pre PCI walk through in 3 weeks after tiles just to get anything obvious sorted in advance. Works well as I'm in flying to Korea for a week now home for 5 days then in maylasia. So timing works He is still sure sept will be handover. So will see how we go! I think he a little behind so early oct Either way will be 2-3 months ahead of contract so happy about that JG King Lexington 240 Acreage build https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87762 Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 106Aug 11, 2017 11:32 pm SO my better half was travelling past today so dropped by for a look. none of the outside paint is started. inside is apparently looking good however covers are still over island and vanity's so I'm assuming inside paint not yet complete. inside garage not finished up either. Paint was meant to be finished up today so i'm really not seeing September finish date, (which works a little better for me as work has me over seas still end of sept) Going to swing past Monday when I fly in for the week (anniversary so figured I best come home) see if anyone working there and try and sneak in. anyhow wife took a very nice photo of the current look. We've been told they should be finished about Wednesday, but I'm doubting that now. They did gloss yesterday like SS said but only got the door frames done, no windows or skirts. They have done our garage ceiling but no undercoat or anything on the walls, we thought that was odd but sounds like yours is the same. https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 108Aug 12, 2017 9:23 am Can you guys ask about how coats your getting, being an allure spec? I was told it was a 2 coat system and I said to the SS no it should be 3 coats (allure standard is 3 coats) and he quickly corrected himself after getting annoyed at me, but it always bugged me and I wonder if they only did 2. Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 109Aug 12, 2017 11:00 am Nico Can you guys ask about how coats your getting, being an allure spec? I'll ask next week when we go in to see the kitchen, its been bothering me that I didn't bring it up at fixing walk through. I'm not convinced with what our SS has on his plate that he'll realise that it should be 3 coats. I am planning to ask if they spray the first two and roll the top or what? and see what reaction I get. I'll ask face to face so I can read if he's thinking oh crap, or tries to lie about it. Obviously the Lexington is bigger but it has been on my mind that ours is supposedly going to be so much quicker. We've only had one or two guys there each day. https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 110Aug 14, 2017 6:37 pm So swung past today. painters were there painting the garage. (well I say painters as 2 cars but could only find 1 painter.) From what I could see though windows spare bedrooms are completed main bedroom and living ares are getting finished up no external paint. so no tilers onsite yet and 4th week of paint will swing past early morning Friday as I head off to go to malayasia for a week. all the window protection is removed now, but covers still over vanities and such. so JG King Lexington 240 Acreage build https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87762 Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 111Aug 14, 2017 10:03 pm Painters are stealthy like that! We did our fixing walk through with 2 of them in the house and we never saw either of them until we were outside and one appeared at the window!! Frightened the life out of me! Ss laughing said there were 2 in there the whole time . I can't believe they have been there so long! Ours rolled a whole coat today excluding the 1 and a half bedrooms they did Saturday. You should get a good job anyway! https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 112Aug 14, 2017 10:14 pm i think part of it is we are not pushing the SS to get it done. Considering the contract has us finished 20th Dec....they are still way ahead so bit rich for us to push. the work we have seen so far has been perfect, I can def see the 3 coats as seen the different stages, I will be pushing for a date after I get back from Malaysia to work out how to scheduled inspections around the Bangladesh trip a couple weeks later. Our first colour coat is definitely rolled, I can see the texture. https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 114Aug 15, 2017 7:46 am from over spray it appears yes (well ceiling anyhow) we saw undercoat done then saw ceiling 2nd coat and walls not done then ceiling finished and calls finished, So order seemed to be under coat (we saw) Wall spray Ceiling spray (we saw) Ceiling paint Wall paint (current stage) JG King Lexington 240 Acreage build https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87762 Re: JG King Lexington 240 - Paint 115Aug 16, 2017 12:22 pm Wife dropped past on way though today, Looks like interior paint is done, doors re hung, all the drop cloths removed. Eves yet to be painted, but at least they can be doing that whilst tiles get moving.
