Nothing too major need to be fixed, the old paint jobs here and there, couple cornices joint need to be patch up, silicone around the back of toilet wasn't complete and behind the freestanding bath, windows need service making sure they all operating correctly, couple gutters need to be replaced, tiles need to be replaced and grout, one of the down pipe need to be fixed to the cladding as it is slighting coming off. Overall we are super happy with the build quality and attention to detail from the trades plus our awesome supervisor. We can't wait to get the tiles and carpet in, hoping all the repairs and final payment to go smoothly so we can get the keys on Friday! We like your floor plan Camden 38 for ground floor with Emerson 34 for first floor. Is the base house price the same as Candem 38 base price or adjusted price? Hi Su, they had to adjust the base price a little mainly due to larger bathrooms but from memory it wasn't too much.
