My wife and I have chosen to build the Glendale 39 HLE (Hebel Limited Edition) with the Contemporary facade Paid our deposit last week and are currently going through the design process. Our land doesn't title until Nov 2017, so hoping for a build start in Jan 2018. Our price lock is until early Jan so fingers crossed titles aren't too delayed!
Here is what our plan looks like (except ours is flipped):

Welcome to the forum and great floor plan! We were so close to changing over to this floorplan until Metricon decided to change our fixed site costs from 7k (which was for the vantage) to over 20k for this floor plan so we decided it was going to be far too expensive!
However we loved this house and the fact it was going to be full Hebel as it has far better insulation properties. I look forward to watching your build
Oh wow, that's ridiculous! :s I'd say you made the right choice, keep the $13k for upgrades inside!
Yeah the Hebel has definitely grown on me We'll just have to make sure we pick light/dark colours for the top/bottom to break up the render abit!
