We're reaching lock-up stage. We have an independent inspector but we believe that we don't need to waste money on it because our building construction is so far so good. Our inspector is Richard from Aztech. He gave us good price and good reports. Our sales consultant is David Headlam. He's very patient. I annoyed him a lot. . My client laison is Sirine. She's quite nice too. She's such a good helper. We got slab down on 18th April. We'll get lock-up next week. The process is very quick although in wet weather. We're very happy. Can't wait ......:-D Re: New build with Redink Madora Bay 97Jul 31, 2017 8:38 pm My consultant is Niklas and he has been fabulous with communication. Rachel is my client liaison. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't know the slab was going down as i would like to have watched but maybe there was a window of opportunity with all this bad weather. Happy it's done though. @Madora Dreamer Re: New build with Redink Madora Bay 98Aug 04, 2017 6:25 pm Well I got my slab report today. It looked perfect to me but thank god I am not the judge of these things. There are two issues, one is the recess for the back sliding doors is not there and the wet area set downs are not as deep as they should be. Not stressing though, will await a reply. @Madora Dreamer Re: New build with Redink Madora Bay 99Aug 04, 2017 6:33 pm That's the benefit of getting the inspector. They pick up things you would never have noticed. Which inspection company did you go with?
