Baby will arrive first... not really sure how long the build will take - unofficially they have said 16 weeks (next week is week 4), but we shall see!

Can anyone tell me if it is a building requirement for your laundry to have a floor waste in QLD? I thought it was, but we don't seem to have a pipe for one in our slab!? Just looked at our plans and we don’t have one either, so probably not? Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 558Feb 08, 2018 10:41 pm I know with plantation it is not standard and its an extra to add in, I believe that its not a requirement Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 559Feb 09, 2018 9:27 am Agree with Allblaqk, it is not a standard requirement. Metricon do add them as we had one but not a lot of builders do. Great to see your frames all laid out, have they started to erect the walls? Re: A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast 560Feb 09, 2018 11:08 am Thanks guys... hope my laundry never gets flooded! They are putting up walls, but my hallway to main bedroom/media has a wall when it should be a void! I joked to hubby we will need to climb through a window to get to that part of the house! They are on site again today, so hoping they realise their mistake (it’s pretty obvious!). We also have roof trusses delivered, so it will be interesting to see how much they get done today!
