Yeah but the neighbours built on the fence line so we had to move it over. Other neighbours has their easement is close to the other side. So they had to stick 76 piers in it. Which ended up costing $11,000 more. So all up $37,000.

Yeah but I never had a site cost like that for new land. With old land it can get quiet pricey. I guess its expected. But for new land that's ridiculous price. Considering urban edge was $16,000 but I negotiated it too $12,000
