I'm trying to work out best and worst case scenario of when I may actually get to move into my house. My build - viewtopic.php?t=87470 Emmy From PC you have 6 months to sign your final contract. Otherwise they will start charging you CPI increase on your base price. After final contract they usually start in 2-4 months. In our case we signed final contract at the end of Jan. Start building hopefully end of May. Wow I thought my oldest daughter is definitely not gonna have her fourth birthday in our new place but maybe the new baby will have her first birthday... now I'm thinking the older daughter can probably kiss her fifth birthday goodbye too My build - viewtopic.php?t=87470 Re: New here we are building the Doulton 56 with extension 447May 24, 2017 8:52 am emmyawards Renman emmyawards How long from preliminary contract till they start build usually? From deposit to land cut seems to take 13-16 months. What stage are you at now?
