I will make them change that, I can't believe it, I would of never of picked tat up. Much prefer your window design.makes me question what else they could have got wrong. Re: Porter Davis - Madison 40 279Nov 11, 2017 4:22 pm fademan On another note, our selections are looking like this: Kitchen culture $33k (all cabinets) Wardrobes $8k Electrical: $25k Interior selections: $18k Tiles $17k...might be closer to $22 (tossing up upgrading the downstairs tiles to Capri travertini grigio in lieu of Alpine Stone). So we're looking like $100k in upgrades and a total build cost of just over $600k. Seems excessive....sigh. We have alpine stone in our bathrooms, wish I choose something else.
