Re: Builders warranty 3Jan 17, 2017 12:48 pm Not sure on the warranty but I would check with a plumber because I had a smell coming in our bathroom and laundry which I thought was caused by this, however my plumber explained it was actually the one dry overflow that was letting in the smell and they're meant to have water in them all the time. Soon as he added water back into it the smell was gone.
