Got an e-mail telling us they had received Developer Approval, Engineers Approval and 6 Star Approval (Energy Efficiency Approval) Now waiting on CDC Approval which can take up to five business days then we will be able to get Shire approval which they expect will take up to 10 buisness days... so we could potentially have all approvals in place within the next three weeks! Then we move on to construction! Got an e-mail telling us they had received Developer Approval, Engineers Approval and 6 Star Approval (Energy Efficiency Approval) Now waiting on CDC Approval which can take up to five business days then we will be able to get Shire approval which they expect will take up to 10 buisness days... so we could potentially have all approvals in place within the next three weeks! Then we move on to construction! Lots happening Bob! Must be exciting to see some tangible progress! My settlement is in 19 days but I already have all approvals and permits so we could be starting at similar times! First home builder - Brightwood Estate, Baldivis. Celebration Homes.
