We opted to go for another tender with coral rather than an express contract to ensure everything is correct. So just waiting on tender letter, will try to start a thread soon. That's the dream that your neighbours just go ahead and put up the fence you would've anyway. That's pretty bad that they cast the drainage into the slab in the wrong spot. Unless the wall framing is in the wrong spot which would be far easier to fix. They'll probably cut the base plate stud to get to the waste which will be ok but seems dodge. Email your ss about it now to see what the go is. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA.
