On a single story home is it easy for someone to kick or use a hammer to gain entry to the home? I've only ever had brick homes and the builder we are looking at uses hebel instead. Appreciate any feedback and information. Not easy at all Possible but crazy. Top hats/services/wall wrap/framing all in the way There are weaker points of entry. The other thing is that once rendered a would be thief doesnt know if its rendered brick/clad or hebel. Its just a wall. Windows, Sliding doors and roof tiles are much easier to get through.. some people go colourbond for this reason! the Hebel has a steel mesh so even if someone hammers there way through the concrete the steel mesh will prevent them form gaining access. Re: Building with mojo homes 38Aug 06, 2017 3:32 pm ja-mez Thats awesome!! Are you getting fancy stairs done? Thought they do stairs prior to lining.. no Fancy stairs for us mate. The free standing option was crazy expensive (around 25k)! We are better off spending that money on driveway and landscaping. You are right they usually do stairs before lining but in our case we have reached lockout and still no stairs! The SS is trying to get them in earlier instead of the scheduled 17th august. I can see your house is coming along quite well. What stage are you at right now? Have you got any quotes yet for things like fencing, driveway and landscaping? Handful of defects/incomplete works mean i probably wont get to lining by september. We have 4 weeks in august but theres 2- 3 weeks in exterior works and theres a couple issues which means that the scaffold wont come down so the lower roof wont get done. Knock on effect. No linings or electrical rough in until this is all closed out! Hoping our stairs go in early on as our tiles are huge. Be a nightmare taking that up a ladder! Havent had landscaping quotes as I'll be doing that myself. I find landscapers so hit and miss. You see ones worth every dollar and others that should stick to digging holes. Driveway my brother inlaw is a concrete so as you can imagine I'll be calling in a favour Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15929 Hi all, We are considering Enigma 46 from Mojo Homes in Gables, NSW.
