What bricks did you chose? Thanks Jordann! We went with hebel instead of bricks and the render colour will be Dulux Dune Re: Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 44Jun 24, 2017 7:13 am charlibear Holy wow, that looks gorgeous!!! Your portico looks so grand GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83643 Aw thank you Charlibear. We are really happy with the portico! Re: Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 45Jun 24, 2017 7:17 am ABuild Impressive house! Love all the windows at the front and your selections. Your making me rethink my dark floors I really like your light ones. Can't wait to see the rest. Congratulations Thank you ABuild. We really appreciate it! I was very particular with a few elements of our home - neutral colours with varying shades of white and grey, as open as possible - large windows and lots of sliding doors to rooms on the outside of our home, an open floor plan and raised ceiling heights. I think these things can really trick the eye and create timeless spaces. Are you building at the moment? Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 46Jun 24, 2017 7:28 am Starting to gather ideas for landscaping and outdoor spaces. • Would love to build a deck around the outside of our home to step out onto • A built in barbecue area • A sunken fire pit Many projects to come! Your plan is very similar to ours (so of course I love your plan!). We are building with Coral and had the slab poured the other day. I will have to follow your build! It's exciting seeing the slab! Funny you say that because we originally signed up with coral. Must be the same floor plan as what we were going with. Do you know when frames might go up? Do you know when frames might go up? What plan were you going with? We are building a heavily modified Cloncurry, as they didn't have a plan that suited us. We were looking at the Longreach but it wasn't quite right for us. Our frames are supposed to go up next week Re: Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 50Jun 24, 2017 10:10 am Tamara1975 jessicagauci Tamara1975 I posted via tapatalk but didn't see it come up so I apologise for a double up if it did. Re: Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 53Jun 28, 2017 11:05 am The hebel is almost finished. I was surprised how thin and brittle it is. Hopefully it strengthens with the texture and paint coats. It's beginning to look a lot like a home! Re: Building the Denver 29 with Metricon 58Jul 01, 2017 8:10 am Getting our huge 107 000L concrete underground water tank prepared! I can't believe how big the hole is! The excavator still has more to dig out. We went with a man hole to hide the concrete lid which has a 3kpa loading.
