We spent $6200, so was $2600 over. And we still have our data cabling etc to go! Plus we spent another $2000 on buying the actual lights and fans!

We went with titan the customer service has not been much chop. We are building up the land before they do slab. We went with Kam construction in Jimboomba. They were a lot cheaper than everyone else. Hubby tells me Titan were the cheapest with the quotes he managed to get back. Hope its a quality product after we build up site which had taken 3 truck loads of deco so far plus nearly 1k in bobcat charges!! Think we are around 30k for the shed (4bay, 4door, 2 remote, think standard height) Re: Building modified Coral Cloncurry on acreage, New Beith, 156May 22, 2017 6:56 pm bribiebell Hubby tells me Titan were the cheapest with the quotes he managed to get back. Think we are around 30k for the shed (4bay, 4door, 2 remote, think standard height) Ours is just over $22,000 for 4 bay, 4 door and hubby increased the height. Our quote from titan came in a lot higher. Would have loved to of built with Coral but being first home owners we had to go with a different builder as our budget wasn't that big. Can't wait to see how yours comes along! Trying to talk hubby into another build already so I can build he Daydream so far it's not working Hehe I have been watching your thread. The people next door to us are about to build a Dixon. They have some really good plans. I did have a look at them but went with Coral because we had had a good experience with them previously. I also love the daydream plan! They do have some really good plans awesome about the shed cut as well!!! Can't wait to see it done! If you don't mind me asking who did you go through for your shed? That will be our next venture once the house is done Hi, as per the subject. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10973 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13775 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4351 |
