I am now trying to compare standard inclusions VS Luxary pack to see worth paying extra 40K. my consultant told me worth buying the package compare to upgrade individually. I am checking the prices online for each item, but some items I need help please 1) kitchen - Laminate to caesarstone bench tops 2) bathroom- Laminate to Caesarstone 3) framed to frameless mirror 4) framed shower screen to semi frameless 5) garage door manual to auto with two remotes 6) tiles splash back to glass 7) 2040x1200 stained pivot entry door and door frame thanks Hi Kandi, If you want all the things in the luxury package and don't plan to further upgrade from it, I'd say go the package. But if there's items you don't want, and some items to want to upgrade beyond the package cause the money they credit you back from packages are always less, I'd say don't worry about. Consultant told us that you'll get like a 10% discount when you take the package. So it'll cost roughly $45k to upgrade all the items individually. So you'll just have to crunch the numbers and see if it's worth your while. We never got anything like that. Everything we had to pay for all upgrades. Those packs came out later after we signed. I'm sure you would have got some other deal. Like flooring, AC, render or something else that they have already included in the base price lol. It's all just a sales tactic to get people to sign. Everyone is definitely paying for everything they receive package or no package. But altogether we payed $22,000 for tiles. And $13,000 if we start building within 6mths. But anyone building on new land ready too go can get that. As well as those packs. We just missed out. I have built before never got those packs before. Those packs pay $5000 and get so much of upgrades are good deals. It's worth getting. Yes everyone pays. But those packs your better off getting. viewtopic.php?t=86597 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37077 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 18896 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13437 |
