Will you be using an inspector for PCI? I would recommend it especially if they rush towards the finish line. When I had my pci, I didn't even have ensuite toilet installed! Our SS Wasnt really on the ball for our build. Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 20... 3211Jun 03, 2017 12:16 pm Went out to the block, beyond annoyed, the only thing that happened this week was electrical rough in... The rebate for the door wasn't fixed, the sliding glass door for the laundry still isn't in, the garage door still isn't in... no plaster has been delivered Oh someone give me strength GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=83643 Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 20... 3212Jun 03, 2017 12:18 pm ads87 I feel like your build will be like one of the block episodes, where they have 1000 people trying to finish before the weekly reveal. I thought you'd be in long before me last year. I can't believe how slow they are being. Unfortunately until the contract is up there isn't much you can do to push them along except chasing. Sorry CB Re: Charlibear's Build - Week 20... 3217Jun 03, 2017 5:58 pm I remember the electrical rough in- I also expected things to be booked to quite a tight timeframe and there was a lag. I think they need to make sure the rough in is complete or the delivery of plaster and cornice would potentially be in the way. Once the gyprock arrives and all that frigging around with the external linings and rough ins are done it will fly my love! C U S T O M. C O R A L.
