That is amazing news, I can't wait to follow your progress!!! Remember photos are your friend... take lots and lots, we have had to refer to our because drains were missing and people tried to say we dumped rocks on their land!! I also wanted to say that you should ask your SS soon - before tiling... To make sure they put the join in the tile splash back in the middle... ours is off to one side, not by much, but it is noticeable... just some food for thought... and something I wish I had thought of... Very stylish I've picked the subway tile splashback though so I don't think it will be as noticeable if off centre as there will be vertical lines all over the place.
