I love it, but hubby is still not sure how well it will go with our new furniture. I made little leather handles to give it a Scandinavian feel. Thanks walford. It is chalkpaint. The grey is Annie Sloan brand and the White I got from Bunnings. So easy to use. Great, thanks. I'm going to start experimenting with this. Outdoor tiling got completed yesterday. Only have a pic of the front. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Air con was installed yesterday as well as painting touch ups. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The driveway was originally meant to be formed yesterday, but due to hot weather earlier in the week has been delayed until tomorrow and pouring Tuesday, after council inspection Monday, allowing going to plan. Our ss says that everything else will be done ( apart from possibly repositioning the door on the ensuite shower to other side, which can be done after handover) by then so we can get keys after the driveway pour...so technically Wed. The issue is our bank is waiting for the driveway to do their final valuation, and then will organise payment of invoice. We have asked for the valuation to take place Tuesday afternoon, and hope it only takes a couple of days for funds to be released. We have tentatively booked a removalist for next Friday. I have just been around today and the fences are down( except the one between us and the build beside us and the driveway seems to be excavated, as well as a big portion down the side of the block to level most of it with the house beside us, a job we were expecting to do after handover. All of a sudden the big green electricity box seems more prominent. It will soon be screened with some shrubs Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Will just have this pile to use to level after. That pile is where the pool is planning on going in the hopefully not too distant future Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Coral Daydream 32 899Feb 02, 2017 1:59 pm Holy moly the electricity box looks big. Everything else seems to progressing nicely Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13723 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1693 |
