Depends how long our bank takes with approving the new building amount (with our variations etc) and gets the ACC letter out, but they think around 4-6 weeks before we're handed over to construction

Pgh dark rum Not so much the bricks as the system. They don't actually order them ahead of time and from speaking to pgh it seems at least a third of bricks if not more are out of stock at any given point. I know 3 different people waiting on 3 different bricks and when I asked the brick companies about alternatives a lot of the other bricks were out of stock too. Normal practise apparently.
