The way they are working now they should have done the same yesterday. Although I do understand that sometime you can't get certain authorities to come in when you want them to. Footpaths little was done. They still have the Ruben street of the Island facing the rail line to do, plus the other two Islands. The Authority that is doing the fence and landscape along the rail line is there doing the work. Soil has and is been moved around and work is getting done at the two entries ( Heathcote Grove/ Primrose Ave ) on connections underground. Not sure which Authority is doing this. Does seem like they are getting work done. I guess they might slack nly when their manages are not around. And as Puddlette said We can just keep our fingers crossed Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 817May 23, 2017 4:50 pm Any work is good work but intelligent and common sense work is better work While one soil moving truck moves the soil to its destination another soil truck can be filled. Then by the time the first truck is back to be filled the seconds goes and moves the soil. This is good management, committed to finishing on time. But the Mickey Mouse organization only uses on truck. Is it because they are already set in for an extra month? I hope not. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 818May 23, 2017 6:00 pm Will be going down to see how things are going for the last time tomorrow as my Mrs doesn't want me to get in trouble for over watching them. So Tomorrow will be my last update and hopefully things will finish soon. Re: anyone buying land in officer VIC(South Siding estate)? 819May 24, 2017 12:43 pm Two days left this week.... Saturday they work if they want to..... and two days next week and that will bring them to the 30th. 1) Black steel poles are getting put up along the reservation of the rail line to install black wire fence. 2) Still one soil moving truck moving the soil but the job is getting done, 3) Footpaths surrounding the small Island facing Eades street is left to do, along with half of the middle Island,( The Alberico way Half) 4 F Hogan were also there doing things. All this was by 11.20. Black big clouds were all over but I knew they were moving North. If rains stay away I cannot see why they would need another month.. Two days left and if no rain the footpaths should be finished and the fence along the rail line, If they don't want to be a Mickey Mouse organization pretending to be Civil constructors they will aim for the 30th, and if they need another week then good.
