I am not the most patient person but I am practising this whilst about to start building as I know there can be some significant stress involved. In saying that I would never be so patient as to allow a problem of such magnitude to go on that long. If the problem started in February, I don't understand why you would not follow up? You complained in February and didn't hear anything until legal letters were sent in September? I think that even though Hallmark should of gotten back to you, when they didn't you should of chased it. She had been so eager to do anything and everything for us during the building process. At least this has taught me never to trust anyone again!
