C U S T O M. C O R A L. B R O N T E. 43 http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=79581 As of today, yes corniced and sanded. YAY!!! Mind you we have emailed our SS with some things that need to be addressed most importantly the alfresco ceiling is too low and flat (not as per plan), a beam not put in and gyprock in void top not aligning with bottom amongst other things. He hasn't responded (ironic that since he accused us of being l!ers about communication). Just sticking to emails from now on. Even if we are not acknowledged, the ball is in their court. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4354 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74716 |
