Good to see you're progressing. Hopefully some of the trades are onsite over Easter. I've heard a few people mention some cultures / religious prefer to work through and have their own Easter off. Do you have temporary downpipes? C U S T O M. C O R A L. Bank wants to do an inspection. I'm guessing Coral will wait for payment before it proceeds with anymore work lol. Funnily enough we have it in our contract and have been charged for them but no temporary downpipes were used. Ask about your temp downpipes- they are in our contract for a reason and apparently if you have reactive soil it can be damaging not to have them fitted. They didn't fit ours and I'm going to make coral acknowledge in writing incase we have future issues. C U S T O M. C O R A L. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4346 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74708 |
